Global Iconic AI™ ("we," "our," "us," or "the Company") is a faith-based digital education brand offering AI prompt libraries, on-demand courses, and ministry resources. Our platform is operated in partnership with KempHill Business Solutions, Atlanta, GA. The face and educational authority of the brand is Dr. Kenneth Brock.

3. Digital Products — Purchase & Delivery

What You're Buying

All products sold by Global Iconic AI™ are digital products, including but not limited to PDF prompt libraries, on-demand video courses, and membership access to digital content. No physical products will be shipped.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered via email immediately upon confirmed payment. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at [email protected].

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card information.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been delivered.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• You were charged twice for the same order
• You did not receive the product and our delivery records confirm non-delivery
• The product you received was materially different from what was described

To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

Your License to Use Our Products

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own personal or ministry use. You may:

• Use the prompts in your own AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for your personal ministry or business
• Adapt prompts for your own use and internal ministry purposes

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share our products with others who have not purchased them
• Claim our content as your own original work
• Use our products to create competing prompt libraries or training products for resale
• Share download links publicly or in group settings where non-purchasers can access the content

Violation of this license may result in termination of your access and legal action.

6. Course Access & Membership

For on-demand course purchases and membership products, access is granted to the purchasing individual only. You may not share login credentials or provide access to others. We reserve the right to terminate access for accounts that show signs of shared or unauthorized use.

Course content may be updated, revised, or removed at our discretion to improve quality or reflect new information. We are not obligated to maintain any specific version of course content indefinitely.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or products to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Results from using our AI prompts will vary based on the AI platform used, the specific context provided, and the user's skill in applying the prompts. We make no guarantee of specific ministerial, business, or financial outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Iconic AI™ and KempHill Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
